Employee Biographies

Lynn Hill ~ President

Lynn heads the Property Management Division of JHL. He has numerous years of commercial building and engineering experience in all types of buildings, shopping centers and industrial parks.

Lynn is a licensed real estate professional and professional engineer. He holds an MBA in Finance and Bachelor's Degree in Business and Engineering. He has also earned his Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) Designation from The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Lynn's expertise is commercial property management where he utilizes his extensive background in office leasing, office space construction, warehousing, distribution and manufacturing. This unique combination of skills gives him a great background to manage your properties.

Scott Hill ~ Vice President/Property Manager

Scott is a Real Estate Licensee who goes above and beyond to make sure things are running smoothly at all properties. He acts as the liaison between owners, tenants, and vendors. Since 1991, he has graduated from Oregon State, with a B.S. degree, and has accumulated a great deal of experience in the Sales and Management, which he has brought to JHL.

Paul Ponitkoff ~ Property Manager

Paul is a Real Estate Licensee who is dedicated when it comes to maintaining and helping to maximize your property as an investment. Since 1999, he has worked a diverse career in property management and assisted mortgage brokers/agents in the business. He embodies integrity and honesty, and an unwavering commitment to do the best at what he does.

Janie Bard ~ Accounting Manager

Janie is in charge of all the accounting for our owners and properties. This includes, but not limited to, bank account management, bill paying, reconciliations, plus many more. She maintains and runs all reports for JHL. Janie’s experience includes working in the management field since 1993, and handling accounting aspects for a majority of that time.

Lesa Ward ~ Administrator

Lesa handles all the day-to-day office procedures and assists with property management operations and accounting in the office. She interfaces with all tenants, owners, clients, and vendors. Lesa's experience includes being the assistant to the operations manager at a premiere winery since 1987 and also being a Medical Assistant/State Certified Phlebotomist since 2005.
