Green Building

JHL Commercial Properties became a member of the U.S. Green Building Council in 2008.  This affiliation has given us better resources that we have used to research and investigate ways to improve the buildings we manage to save money for our building owners as well as the tenants.  These changes can be reflected in little things, such as LED emergency exits signs, or larger items, such as Photovoltaic (Solar) Panels. 

Below is a look into the "Green Building" that occured at the Gasser Building at 433 Soscol Avenue in Napa, CA.

*These are examples of occupancy sensors being installed throughout the building and tenant spaces.  They are technologically up-to-date for the best energy savings possible*
